SWANSEA, Mass. -

Swansea selectmen have three options in mind to fix a dangerous intersection in their town.

Traffic studies listed 29 accidents at the Bark Street, Buffinton Street and Stevens Road intersection over a three-year period, from 2008 to 2011.

Selectman Jim Kern told NBC 10 News the board is looking at putting traffic signals at the intersection, building a roundabout, or an offset roundabout. The later reduces the sharpness of the roundabout curve.

Kern says selectmen plan to hold a neighborhood meeting, possibly in September,  to review the options.
