The first tropical depression of the 2014 hurricane season formed Monday night off Florida's east coast.
The system is expected to become Tropical Storm Arthur on Tuesday.
A 5-day forecast from the National Hurricane Center shows the storm going up the eastern seaboard, possibly making landfall in North Carolina and impacting our weather on Fourth of July.
