Pharmacy clerk arrested in Attleboro

ATTLEBORO, Mass. - A  part-time pharmacy clerk is being charged with stealing prescription drugs in Attleboro.

Police say Christian Durex, 37, of Attleboro, was charged with larceny from a building and possession of prescription pills, with intent to distribute.

According to police, the thefts took place over a three to four month period.  Durex reportedly was captured on store surveillance video.

Police say the  CVS on Pleasant Street was robbed of more than 150 pills.

 The Sun Chronicle reports a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.  Durex is due back in court on June 9.
