Massachusetts Republicans could have two gubernatorial candidates to choose from in a September primary.
The state GOP says they are ready to add Tea Party candidate Mark Fisher to the ballot.
Fisher fell just short of the 15 percent of delegates needed to get on the ballot. But he sued the party, claiming blank ballots were added after the roll call at the state convention in March.
A final determination to allow Fisher on the ballot is expected to be made at an executive meeting on Monday, June 12.
