WARWICK, R.I. -

A woman who refused to stop for Warwick police and was later arrested by Massachusetts State Police faces charges.

Donna Duval, 37, of East Greenwich, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to stop for police, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding.

She's scheduled to be arraigned in Stoughton District Court.

According to Warwick police, Duval was driving a black Mazda truck "all over the road" in the area of Post Road and Division Street at about 1 a.m. Friday. Warwick police pursued the truck for about 20 minutes as Duval refused to stop.

Duval drove onto Route 95 north and once she reached the Cranston line on the highway, Rhode Island State Police joined the pursuit.

The chase continued into Massachusetts, although police said the chase was nothing high speed.

Massachusetts State Police said they tried to stop Duval in the area of Exit 9 in Sharon, but she refused to stop.

A trooper later deployed a tire deflation device near Exit 11 in Canton. The truck stopped about one mile north of where the device was deployed.

Duval was later taken to the Massachusetts State Police barracks in Milton.
