The Numbers Game launched in 1976 and was the first Rhode Island Lottery game that let players pick their own numbers. Players can wager from 50 cents to $5.

Tickets can be purchased every day up until 1:20 p.m. for the midday drawings, up to 6:50 p.m. for the Monday to Saturday evening drawings, and up to 6:20 p.m. for the Sunday evening drawing.

The Rhode Island Lottery said it has generated more than $5.3 billion in revenue and paid out more than $26 billion in prizes since it was created in 1974.
