Warwick police are asking for the public's help in identifying two men wanted in the theft of tools from a Lowe's store.

Police released two photos of the men who were in the Route 2 store at about noon on April 23.

Police said the men filled two shopping carts full of tools, including a chain saw, and then ran past the clerk and out the door. The tools are worth about $3,000.

The thieves fled in a gold or silver SUV.

Police said both men appear to be about 35 years old and have heavy builds.

Warwick police asked anyone with information about the men or the theft to call them at 401-468-4239.
