Rhode Island homes prices rise; sales slip

The latest figures from the Rhode Island Association of Realtors show the average price of a single-family home is $205,000.

That's the highest first-quarter price in 2008.

It's also an 8 percent increase over 2013.

The Association's data also shows single-family home sales slipped slightly - down 0.3 percent from March 2013.

Pending sales fell 4 percent.
