5 people face charges after drug raid

FALMOUTH, Mass. -

Police arrest five people after a raid Wednesday morning at 51 Marshall Drive.

“The warrant was obtained as a product of an investigation which developed information that large quantities of narcotics such as cocaine and heroin were being sold from that residence,” Falmouth police said. “Approximately 60 grams of Heroin, approximately 122 grams of Cocaine, approximately 22 grams of Percocet pills, approximately 32 grams of marijuana, a Colt semi-automatic handgun, and $810 in cash were found in the house.”

Police say the street value of the drugs is $20,000.

Three men and two women were arrested and charged:

· Andrew Weldon, 24, Falmouth – Trafficking a Class A Substance (Heroin), Trafficking a Class B Substance (Cocaine), Trafficking a Class A Substance (Percocet/Oxycodone), Being Knowingly Present Where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy, Possession to Distribute a Class D Substance (Marijuana).

· Anthony Coffone, 24, Falmouth – Trafficking a Class A Substance (Heroin), Trafficking a Class B Substance (Cocaine), Trafficking a Class A Substance (Percocet/Oxycodone), Being Knowingly Present Where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy, Possession of a Firearm Without a Permit, Possession of Ammunition Without an FID, Improper Storage of a Firearm, Possession to Distribute a Class D Substance (Marijuana).

· Miranda Pina, 27, Falmouth – Trafficking a Class A Substance (Heroin), Trafficking a Class B Substance (Cocaine), Trafficking a Class A Substance (Percocet/Oxycodone), Being Knowingly Present Where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy.

· Samantha Sylvester, 20, Falmouth – Possession of a Class A Substance (Heroin), Being Knowingly Present Where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy.

· Joseph McMahon, 23, Falmouth – Knowingly Being Present Where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy.
