Icy waters keep duck boats docked

Posted: Updated:
BOSTON -

For the first time in their history, the start of the Boston Duck Boat season could be pushed back.

The boats usually hit the water the third Monday in March. This year that would be March 17th.

But, an icy winter means the Charles River is still frozen, and the ducks boats have to stay docked.

They've already decided to hold off selling tickets through at least March 20.
