Figure skater Marissa Castelli of Cranston and hockey player Michelle Picard of Taunton were among 10 Olympic medalists from New England honored by the Boston Bruins before Tuesday night's game.

Castelli and her partner, Simon Shnapir, of Sudbury, Mass., won bronze in the new figure skating team event in Sochi. Picard and the U.S. women's hockey team brought home silver in a heart-breaking loss to Canada.

The other Olympians honored were snowboard cross bronze medalist Alex Deibold, bobsled bronze medalist Steve Langton, and women's hockey team members Molly Schaus, Alex Carpenter, Meghan Duggan, Kelli Stack and Kacey Bellamy.

The 10 athletes performed the ceremonial puck drop at center ice.
