Pawtucket police seek information in home invasion

PAWTUCKET, R.I. -

Pawtucket police are asking for the public's help in solving a home invasion that occurred Wednesday morning on Greene Street.

Police said a man armed with a large knife entered an apartment through an unlocked door at about 11 a.m.

The man tied up the victims with duct tape and left with an undetermined amount of cash.

Police said one of the victims was able to remove the binding and contact police.

The man was described as wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt, gloves and a ski mask.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pawtucket Police Department at 401-727-9100 and ask for Detective Doran at extension 742.
