Racing suspected in deadly Cape crash

HARWICH, Mass. - State police say an 18-year-old Osterville man was killed while racing a vehicle with another youth.
    
Police found Michael Lawrence in a BMW SUV that rolled over and struck a tree early Sunday morning. He was declared dead at the scene.
    
Adrian Sterling, of Hyannis, was issued a criminal complaint for reckless operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and racing a motor vehicle. It was not known Sunday if the 18-year-old Sterling is represented by a lawyer and a phone number for him could not be found.
    
Police are looking for a third vehicle believed to have been in the area but was not involved.
