PLYMOUTH, Mass. -

The Massachusetts State Police Bomb Squad Unit was called out in Plymouth on Saturday when a suspicious device was found attached to a pick-up truck in the parking lot of an apartment complex.

The incident took place at a housing development on Chapel Hill Drive in Plymouth, when the woman who owned the truck came out of her home on Saturday morning and discovered the device attached to her fuel tank.

A State Police robot was used to dismantle the mechanism; after it was removed detectives then dusted the truck for fingerprints.

No injuries were reported from the incident, and at this time the motive behind the incident is not known.
