Investigators say arson may be the cause of an early-morning Christmas Day fire in Pawtucket that displaced 10 residents.
The Providence Journal reports that the fire broke out at a three-story home on Benefit Street late Wednesday night. Officials say they believe the fire started on mattresses that were in front of the multi-family home.
No one was injured. The residents are now staying at an inn thanks to the home's owner.
The fire remains under investigation and that officials are looking into whether the blaze was the result of arson.
