A Kentucky man is making a trip across the country to give $500 to unsuspecting servers, all in the name of love.
"I'm scared," Dolly Fischer jokingly said as her customer rolls video after his meal.
It was by no means a normal work day at the Brick Alley Pub in Newport.
"Today this is for you," said Seth Collins of Kentucky in the video. "It's $500."
"OMG no," Fischer said. "I can't even -- that is crazy. That is nuts."
Just like that, a woman's life was changed forever.
NBC 10 caught up with Fischer just a few days after the Saturday surprise.
"It definitely was surreal," she said. "My first reaction was, I definitely do not deserve this."
Fischer kept $100 to pay for gas. The rest she split with coworkers.
Collins has posted 85 YouTube videos of his travels across the country surprising waiters and waitresses. He does it for Aaron.
"Last July, my little brother passed away," he told Fischer on the YouTube video. "He left a will and in the will he asked us to go to dinner and leave someone an awesome tip."
Aaron Collins was only 30 when he died suddenly in July 2012.
His family donated his last $200 to the homeless. Then family and friends raised the money to fulfill his other request to give a $500 tip the next time they went to dinner.
After sharing the story online, the family raised more money. In June, Seth Collins started traveling the country to keep tipping. So far, they've given out more than $42,000 in Aaron's name.
"I've been thinking about it a lot," Fischer said. "In the past few days, I just can't believe that someone I did not know and will never know touched me in such a way that it made me feel so gracious and humble."
A feeling the Collins family hopes to bestow on several more to come.
Collins said he has about 10 more stops to make in his brother's name. Before stopping in Newport, he gave an awesome tip to a Boston waiter.
