Mass. sex offender captured in California

One of Massachusetts' most wanted sex offenders has been captured near Sacramento, Calif.

In a news release, Fall River police and Massachusetts State Police announced Ong Noy was taken into custody.

Noy had been convicted for indecent assault and battery on a child in 2010.

He was wanted by the Fall River District Court on two warrants for failing to register as a Level 3 sex offender.

It was not immediately known when Noy will be brought back to Massachusetts.
