Police looking for Fenway vandals

Posted: Updated:

It was a celebration for the ages, and why not; this Red Sox team wasn't supposed to win the World Series.

But as we've seen before, celebrations like this can get out of hand.

Videos from Wednesday night's celebrations show revelers flipping over a car on Boylston Street.

And now the state police have released these photos, showing what seems to be the young men responsible for overturning the vehicle belonging to Chad Duncan, who spoke about the senseless violence, "just doesn't make sense why people have to do that. I understand you have fun, go out, but there's no reason to flip cars over."

Police were out in force throughout the night, which can be seen in a video that appeared on LiveLeak.com, which shows officers thwarting an attempt to flip another car over.

All in all, only 12 arrests made in the aftermath of the World Series, but State Police are asking for the public's help in making a few others, and if you recognize any of the people in the pictures, you are asked to contact Massachusetts State Police.
