Pawtucket offering anti-theft devices

The Pawtucket Police Department is offering steering wheel locking devices free of charge to city residents.

The anti-theft devices will be given away on a first come first serve basis on Tuesday.

Residents should present proof of vehicle registration and city residency and vehicles should be from 2004 or older.
