A Bristol County grand jury indicted a 62-year-old Fall River man on a list of child sex abuse charges, prosecutors said Tuesday.
Wesley Allardice faces charges of indecent assault and battery of two boys, assaulting a child under 16 with the intent to rape, two counts of delivering alcohol to persons under 21, indecent exposure to a child, disseminating harmful matter to minors, statutory rape aggravated by age difference, and drugging a person with the intent to stupefy so as to enable unnatural sexual acts.
Allardice was released on $50,000 cash bail after his arrest in September. He is scheduled to be arraigned on the indictment Nov. 26.
Prosecutors said all of the alleged incidents occurred in Fall River between March 2011 and September 2013. The three known victims were between 9 and 14 years old.
The Bristol County District Attorney's Office said anyone with additional information in the case can call state Trooper Joseph Collins at 508-993-2016.
