Two suspects were caught following a short car chase and two-hour search, Attleboro police said Friday.
Sgt. Arthur Brillon of the Attleboro Police Department said that officers tried to pull over a vehicle for a moving violation. He said the car did not stop and led officers on a short chase that ended on a dead end street.
Brillon said the suspects fled on foot, but that the passenger of the vehicle was quickly taken into custody.
The driver was apprehended following a two-hour search that included an area of La Salette Shrine grounds. Massachusetts State Police and Rehoboth police also assisted in the search.
