Halloween is a favorite holiday for many.
Costumes, corn mazes, haunted houses, jack-o-lanterns and we can't forget CANDY!
I must say my sweet tooth is a beast. It is scarier than everything that goes bump in the night.
Have you ever noticed that at Halloween time, there seem to be a plethora of candy sizes? Bite size, mini size, fun size, even king size!
I frequent the fun size while trick-or-treating from my own candy bowl, because they are, well, fun. With such small packaging, companies just didn't have room for any nutritional information on mini-morsels of deliciousness.
But if you don't want those treats to haunt you later on, I suggest finding out what's really in those Whoppers, Junior Mints and Snickers.
