A man has pleaded not guilty to a fatal hit-and-run accident in Chatham in July.
Benjamin Shealey, 32, has been held without bail, since his arrest on motor vehicle homicide and drunken driving charges.
Shealey has been charged with hitting and killing a man, who was waiting for a bus, then causing an accident that injured four people in another vehicle.
He entered his plea in Barnstable Superior Court. Shealey already had appeared in District Court.
He faces a dangerousness hearing on Tuesday.
His lawyer told the Cape Cod Times Shealey has mental health issues and doesn't remember what happened.
