Police ask for public's help in bank robbery

WARWICK, R.I. -

Warwick police are looking for the public's help in locating a man in connection with a bank robbery.

Police responded to the Citizens Bank branch at 300 Quaker Lane at 11:40 a.m. Thursday for a report of a robbery.

According to police, the man entered the bank passed a teller a note and left with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police described the man as wearing a red Boston Red Sox baseball cap, a grey hooded sweatshirt and basketball shorts.
