The Rhode Island Attorney General's office on Tuesday cleared Providence police officers in connection with the death of a man in their custody.
Noel Charriez died shortly after he was handcuffed following a disturbance on Chapin Avenue in February.
An autopsy on Charriez listed the cause of death as "combined cocaine, heroin and bath salt intoxication.
