1/3 cup flour
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons whole milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Method of Preparation:
1. Combine flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
2. In a separate bowl, combine egg, milk, oil, vanilla, and salt. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
3. Fill 2 mugs 2/3 of the way with batter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes before eating.
