A former Barrington teacher remains out of a job.
Rhode Island Education Commissioner Deborah Gist ruled against an appeal for Kelly McKenney.
McKenney was fired two years ago after she allegedly helped two students cheat on an exam.
According to EastBayRI.com, McKenney said there was no policy against posting study guides and that her coaching did not meet the standards of cheating.
Gist's ruling upholds the decision made by Barrington school officials.
