The New England Patriots are taking issue with the new Rolling Stone article on former tight end Aaron Hernandez.
Hernandez has been charged with murder in the death of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd.
Patriots team President Jonathan Kraft told Boston radio station WBZ-FM there are four inaccuracies in the story.
Hernandez never told Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick that his life was in danger, according to Kraft. Belichick did not recommend renting a second apartment as a safe house as the magazine claims.
Kraft also said Belichick never threatened to cut Hernandez at the end of the 2013 season, as the story mentioned. Hernandez reportedly never skipped off-season workouts to go to California.
Kraft said the article misidentified the team's chief of security.
