LINCOLN, R.I. -

Rhode Island State Police have arrested a Massachusetts man who they said cheated at a blackjack table at Twin River Casino.

Stephen Harley, 43, of Winchester, Mass. was charged with removing a wager with knowledge of the outcome of a table game. A judge set bail for Harley at $5,000 and barred him from returning to the casino.

Police said they observed Harley remove a wager two separate times at a blackjack table. The two wagers totaled $500.

Harley is scheduled to appear in Providence Superior Court on Oct. 29.
