Posted: Updated:

A woman was ordered held without bail after police said she poured urine on the floor of the Richmond Police Department and Community Center.

Police said 48-year-old Mary Russo walked into the building on Main Street on Tuesday morning and poured a pungent smelling liquid on the floor.

Police said she ran away from the building but was later arrested in the area of a nearby drug store.

She's scheduled to be back in court for a bail hearing on Aug. 14.
