Serves 8

Ingredients:

2 pounds skirt steak

1/2 cup tequila

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup orange juice

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1 onion, chopped

2 teaspoons black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

12 flour tortillas

1 cup salsa

1 cup guacamole

Method of Preparation:

1. Trim steak.

2. In a large bowl, combine tequila, juices, garlic, onion, pepper, and salt. Add meat and marinade in the refrigerator for 6 to 8

hours.

3. Preheat grill. Place a few drops of water on each tortilla, stack and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on grill.

4. Remove steak from marinade and place on grill, cooking for 12 to 15 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before thinly slicing.

Serve on a tortilla with salsa and guacamole.
