A man charged in Florida in the murder case against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez is headed back to Massachusetts.

According WHDH-TV, Massachusetts officials picked up 41-year-old Ernest Wallace at about 2 p.m. Friday.

Wallace faces a charge of accessory after the fact in the killing of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd. Wallace surrendered to police at a Miramar, Fla. police station on June 28.

Lloyd, a semi-pro football player, was found dead near Hernandez's home in North Attleborough. Prosecutors said Hernandez arranged Lloyd's killing because he was upset at him for talking to certain people at a nightclub.

Hernandez is being held without bail after pleading not guilty to first-degree murder.
