A Burrillville firefighter accused of exposing himself to his co-workers has accepted a plea deal.

Pascoag fire Capt. Adam Lee entered a no contest plea Tuesday and agreed to pay $293 in court costs. But a separate, civil lawsuit against Lee and the fire district is still moving forward.

Lee was charged with indecent exposure in March.

In court documents obtained by the I-Team, Burrillville police said that "Lee exposed his genitals and began fondling himself" in front of a female firefighter and her boyfriend while the group was inside Lee's home "causing them to be shocked and disgusted."

In a separate civil sexual harassment case, another female firefighter is suing Lee, the chief, two other firefighters and the Pascoag Fire District.

The woman said she was "touched in a sexual manner" and told that "women had no business working for the Pascoag Fire District."

At last check, Lee was on indefinite leave from the Pascoag Fire District, according to the chief.
