1 1/2 cups tomatillos, husked and rinsed
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
1/4 cup water
1 avocado, diced
1/2 white onion, chopped
salt to taste
blue corn chips
Method of Preparation:
1. Add half of the tomatillos to a food processor with cilantro, jalapeno, and water. Puree for 15 seconds.
2. Add avocado and onion, pulse for another 15 seconds.
3. Dice the remaining tomatillo and add to salsa. Season with salt and serve.
