Federal prosecutors could charge the Boston Marathon bombing suspect as soon as Sunday, even though they are still uncertain when or if he will be able to answer questioning.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is currently being treated at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center where he remains in serious condition.
A wound to the suspects throat has left him unable to talk, and it is not yet known how or even if the suspect will actually be able to speak again.
