A Providence man was arrested Friday morning on child pornography charges.
State police said 36-year-old Jesse McAllian was charged with possession and transmission of child pornography.
McAllian was released on personal recognizance. A judge put restrictions on his access to children and the Internet.
Investigators said a search of McAllian's apartment revealed images of child pornography on his computer.
