Ingredients:

1 can black beans, thoroughly rinsed
1 cup silken tofu
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice
honey, as needed


Method of Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. 
2. Strain out seeds if needed.
