Doug Lezette joined NBC 10 as assistant news director in January 2011.
He most recently held the position of news director and anchor at WSHM in Springfield, Mass. He launched the station's news division and established its "asking tough questions, getting answers" brand.
Prior to that, Doug was assistant news director at WRGB in Albany, and he has also held positions as a producer, anchor and reporter.
