Adam Bagni has appeared on NBC 10 as a sports anchor and reporter since 2011.

He's also served as host of "1st and 10," "Varsity Life," "Need for Speed," "Summer Games Showcase," and pre- and post-game shows of Providence College and University of Rhode Island basketball.

During his time at NBC 10, Adam has been integral in the station's coverage of nearly every local sporting event, including the Super Bowl, World Series and Stanley Cup Finals.

Many local sports fans are also familiar with his work on radio, having previously served as a "Sports Flash" anchor on the WEEI Radio Network.

Prior to joining the station, Adam spent three years as sports director at WNCF, an ABC affiliate in Montgomery, Alabama. In addition to anchoring and reporting sports, he also hosted the "Inside the Tide and Tigers" college football show.

During his time down South, Adam covered two BCS National Championships, two Heisman Trophy winners, and SEC college basketball.

Prior to starting at WNCF, Adam worked in production for NESN, covering the Boston Bruins and Red Sox, including their 2007 World Series Championship.

In addition, Adam has worked as a production assistant during remote broadcasts for ESPN, FOX Sports, and for NBC at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy.

He has received honors from the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters, Alabama Broadcasters Association, and was the only local sportscaster nominated for Outstanding Sports Reporter at the 2013 Boston/New England Emmy Awards.

Adam is a native of Taunton, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia. He also serves as a USSF and NCAA soccer referee, officiating games throughout the region.
