NBC 10 brought together students, parents, counselors and law enforcement officers to examine the subject of underage drinking in Southern New England.

"Teen Drinking: Crime or Culture? A 10 Town Meeting" explored some of the reasons young people drink, the consequences of drinking and driving, and how to instill responsibility in teenagers.

Patrice Wood, Gene Valicenti, Dan Jaehnig and Barbara Morse Silva hosted the hour-long forum, which was presented without commercial interruption.

The town meeting was taped in May 2008 as a follow up to our first forum on the topic the previous December.
