People, Incorporated, a non-profit human service agency located in Fall River, Mass., will hold its Fifth Annual Wine Tasting event on May 15, 2008, at the Great Hall on Rock Street in Fall River.

As in previous years, it is sponsored by Citizen’s Union Savings Bank and the People’s Liquor Warehouse on President Avenue in Fall River.

The evening begins at 5:30 and ends at 8:30 p.m., and includes wine tastings, appetizer samplings, entertainment and a silent auction with all proceeds going directly to benefit the children and adults we support.

People, Incorporated, has been providing supports and services to children, families and adults of all abilities in the greater Fall River community since 1968.

Our wide variety of services for children and young adults include Early Intervention, pregnancy and post partum supports for teens and other mothers in high risk situations and early childhood education programs. Adults who receive services from us can benefit from employment supports, day rehabilitative services, recreation options, specialized residential care, adult foster care and substance abuse counseling for homeless individuals.
