Could coffee help ward off skin cancer?

A new study out of Rutgers finds that three to five cups of coffee could protect against UVB rays that cause cancer.

Researchers say the caffeine apparently triggers a process in the body where UVB damaged cells are killed off. So far this has only been studied in mice.
