Baked BBQ Round Steak

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds round steak, about 1/2 inch thick, cut into serving sized pieces
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- Combine flour, seasoned salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; pound into the steak.
- Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat; add steaks and brown slowly.
- Place steaks in a baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, until tender. Uncover for the last 15 minutes of baking.
