NARRAGANSETT -- Three members of the University of Rhode Island’s men's lacrosse team and three from the URI women's lacrosse team are among 11 arrested after a brawl at a birthday party April 3 

The Providence Journal reports the word of the arrests was announced Wednesday by Narragansett police. The incident occurred at a home at 42 Middle Road rented by women's lacrosse team members. 

Ten of the 11 arrested in all are URI students.
