Clark Smith joined NBC 10 in 2000 as engineering manager. He was promoted to director of technology in 2004.
Clark came to NBC 10 from WZTV in Nashville, Tenn., where he was the assistant chief engineer. Prior to that he had been with WKRN also in Nashville as engineering manager.
Clark began his television career at WLFI in Lafayette, Ind. He has had extensive experience in television from remote field operations for news and sports to design and build of television and production facilities.
Clark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., and holds a Six Sigma green belt certification.
Clark was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, and he now lives with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children in East Greenwich.
