Chef Frank Terranova

Chef Frank Terranova has been in the food service industry for the past 30 years.

Terranova began his career at a local restaurant as a chef. Fifteen years later, he became the executive chef and instructor at Rhode Island School of Design. For more than 13 years, he has been with Johnson & Wales University as an associate instructor.

Terranova has won numerous team and individual awards in food competitions nationwide. He is the host of "Cooking with Class" on NBC 10 and he also appears nationally on PBS in "Master Class at Johnson & Wales."

In addition to his many accomplishments, Terranova developed several food product lines for Viking Seafood, Bush's Baked Beans, Rich-SeaPak and California Olive Oil. He is currently a corporate chef for several food service companies. He is the author of the book "New Paradigm Cooking."

Terranova lives with his wife and family in Cranston.
