Audrey Laganas

Audrey Laganas has been at NBC 10 since 1998. She is an Emmy Award-winning reporter who has served as director of NBC 10's Consumer Unit since 2000.

Audrey also serves as an investigative reporter on NBC 10's I-Team.

She is a 2006 recipient of the Rhode Island Attorney General's Justice Award, recognizing her for her dedication and commitment to consumer protection.

Audrey is a graduate of Brown University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in European history. While a student at Brown, Audrey held an internship at the London bureau of ABC News.

Audrey has been active in the Brown University Alumni Association and served on its Board of Governors from 2003-2005.

Her professional experience includes five years at New England Cable News, where she covered stories in all six New England states.

Audrey also worked at the former Continental Cablevision, where she won three CableAce Awards. She also received a Massachusetts Preservation Award for her documentary on the restoration of the Ayer Mill Clock in Lawrence, Mass.

She especially loves to cover stories that highlight Southern New England's rich history and proud people. It's an area she is proud to call home.
