Victim in fatal crash is identified

CRANSTON, R.I.—The victim in last week’s fatal crash in Cranston has been identified.

Kyron Lewis, 26, died from injuries he suffered when he lost control of his car on Route 10 North in Cranston went off the highway and ended up in a parking lot on Niantic Avenue.

Police say speed was a factor in the crash. Victor Gonzales, 36, remains in a coma while the third victim, Joselito Torres, 32, is recovering from his injuries.

Route 10 is like a drag racing track.  The CP should set speed traps there to slow down the traffic.
