WESTERLY, R.I.—A new company may be formed to replace the old Bradford Dyeing Association, which closed in Westerly this week.
A new company has been listed with the Secretary of State’s Office under the name Bradford Printing and Finishing.
But Bradford Dye’s managers haven’t made any comments about the move.
