jamoniz666. When you get onto I-95 south from Rt. 146, you should stay in the second from the right lane, pass the Mall and then take exit 20 on the right.

betsyhadi. From downtown you can take I-95 south then exit 20 to I-195 east, or you can take the southbound Service Rd (on the west side of I-95) to Point St. From three you should take the new on ramp from Plain St. This brings you to I-195 east. I would suggest this ramp.
